I hired 1 stop home inspection to inspect a home I was about to purchase. It was a last minute and short notice kinda thing and they were able to get it done inland have the report to me in a very short time period. They found anything and everything out about the house that I needed to know. They are amazing and I couldnâ t have asked for a better company. I had a 14 day close on our new home and called 1Stop Home requesting a STAT inspection. This is actually the second (and thankfully last) time I was in the midst of a 14 day close and requested a stat inspection. On both occasions, Erin assisted us and was able to get an inspector out immediately. After the fact, I also had to request a stat wind mitigation and a Citizens Form. She had the documents in my hand so quickly, even my relator was impressed. Being that the process was a little overwhelming, I had many follow up questions and concerns about the property. Erin was so knowledgeable, detail oriented, and reliable. I am so thankful I found 1Stop Home Inspection to assist us when we needed it most!
