 + -1 moreThey ended up doing the landscaping for us. I gave him a shot and they did a very good job. Their estimate came in under everyone else and I hired them. They did a good job!
Description of Work: We hired them to do a rather extensive remodel on our home. When they saw that I was getting prices on landscaping, he asked if he could do the landscaping.

 + 0 moreI am very disappointed with this company. The workers were very nice and respectful it's just that we had to keep calling to find out when the job was going to be finished because it started in August. I was well aware that it took about 3 1/2 weeks for the custom kitchen cabinets but, Mr,. Samuelson didn't replace the living room cabinets because he said he couldn't find anything close to what we had and that he knew it would be a problem from the start. We waited almost 3 months for results on the wall unit and that meant during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, we had a lot of boxes stacked around due to nowhere to put the doll collection and other items that were in the display unit. I appreciate the fact that Mr. Samuelson did refund us back $350.00 for not having the unit but it was very inconvenient and We practically had to chase him down for a answer. It shouldn't of taken that long.
Description of Work: Removal of living room carpet & living room cabinets, removal of damaged/old kitchen cabinets & replaced with new ones.

 + -1 moreAll went well. As with anyone doing so many different things on one project it is key to meet on a regular basis to discuss strategy as the job progresses. We were told from the beginning that when the plans were permitted it would take 6 and gt; 8 weeks. We signed the contract on 7-27-12 and made a number of additional things to do for the contractor as we went along. Yet even with all the extras we are now three days away from final inspection due on 10-3-12.
Description of Work: Great price and quality. Mother in-law suite added to existing space in home. Hardwood floors installed through out home of 2125 square feet with marble in-lays to accent. One bathroom moved and added one more bathroom. One bedroom converted into den & kitchenette. Window converted into an entryway. New exterior doors installed (3) including a slider removed and a french door put in. Two concrete patios (45' X 14' & 12' X 12') with screen enclosures plus sidewalks connecting both also a sidewalk added from front of home to the first enclosure. Exterior of house painted and new gutters installed to replace the old ones that were removed.
