I have hired Trud Home Watch Service several times, and each experience has been exceptional. Dave, the owner, is incredibly detail-oriented and thorough in his work. As a Realtor and Property Manager, I rely on Trud Home Watch when preparing homes for rent or getting new builds ready for sale. Whether it’s installing mailboxes and window blinds, painting doors, matching light bulbs, or ensuring everything functions perfectly, Dave consistently delivers top-quality results. If something is found broken, he promptly sources the proper parts and completes the repair when it’s within his scope—saving me time and keeping every property in excellent condition.

He does small repairs, pressure washing house and decks. Painted all doors a new color and hung new signs. He waters and cares for outdoor plants when I’m not there. He is there to meet any businesses coming to do repair work or landscape upkeep for example AC or tree trimmers. He moves outdoor furniture in case of storms/hurricanes. He does anything I ask with care and enthusiasm!!!! He is also very trustworthy!!
