He is very good in scheduling if it is an emergency case. But, if it is for routine check, scheduling is not good.

Nice guy..prompt..hooked up the dishwasher. Talked my wife into buying a disposal which he sold us and installed. Gave me the bill (not itemized) and began packing up his tools. I said he hadn't hooked up the fridge to the water line. He just looked at it and said he did not have the part in his truck, but would.check his warehouse for the part.. It's mid February, and after calling him twice, the fridge is still not hooked up.. I guess the job wasn't big enough to do a follow up..

Did a great job replacing and fixing. Neat workers, did not have to clean up after them. Didn't fool around just did the job.

He did a great job. He replaced both shut off valves and took time to cover the wall to make sure that he left no marks. The repair looks and works great. This was a fantastic response for a Friday late afternoon. I'll definitely have Royal back to do more work.

He is the best plumber in the world. We had a pipe burst and he had gotten a knee replacement but he had people out to us within two hours. He also had a cleaning service out to us very quickly. It was basically raining in our house in the morning and by night our house was nearly back to normal.
