Leland Management - Flagler Beach

The whole company is horrible but specially the manager that we found, we spent thousands and thousands of hours trying to get rid of him and it has been hell. The manager is on-site here. I went to their office once and they moved since than but that particular manager who works for the company is an on-site manager. He comes and works at our office here at the condominium complex. We pay monthly association dues. It depends as we have got a lot of different units and it depends on the size. Basically they manage the complex. They are supposed to take care of maintenance and handle money. He is horrible and he actually ruined the complex. In terms of responsiveness, he never answers the phone. Actually, last to last guy we had, we already proved him to be fraud. However, unfortunately the state does manage their license and they don’t deal with fraud and we have got our own attorney now. It is bad; I have lived here for over twenty years and have never ever dealt with anybody like this company. I would not use the services of this company again in the future.
