+ -1 moreWe finished all of the paper work last week and he just sent it to his underwriter. I will hear back from him sometime this week. He is easy to talk to and takes his time to work with me. He doesn't mind if I ask questions and he is down to earth and easy to understand when explaining what is happening. We have talked on the phone and communicated through email. It's a small company but I'd highly recommend them since it's so personal. He is respectful of old people and they're still willing to work with someone like myself who is not a big spender.
Description of Work: I'm working with Scott Mulligan to set up a mortgage for a mortgage for a house I'm going to buy.
