About us

As a state licensed Certified professional inspector, I do a visual, non-destructive inspection of the home's visable and accessible systems & components using the latest tools & technology. I encourage my clients to attend. I usually spend about 3-4 hours doing an average size home. Following my evaluation I compile my findings in an easy to read report that include detailed descriptions and photos of the issues I discovered. I'll email you your report within 24 hours and my job isn't finished until you understand everything in it. If I can't answer your questions, I'll recommend a professional who can.

Everything was fantastic. I was pleased at first phone contact, he contacted me immediately & gave me his cell number even though it was a holiday weekend! Gordon Beck III was polite, professional and very helpful, as I had never bought a house before. On day of inspection, he had actually arrived before I did, and was already at work. He checked “Everything” roof to under the house & everything inside & out! This is a smaller, older home, he spent approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours. He explained and answered all questions. The few things he found & sellers repaired, actually paid for the inspection. After the inspection he emailed his 32 page report, complete with photos, the very next day!! He also emailed copy to my realtor, at my request. This was probably one of the very best companies I have ever dealt with! I would definitely use Above & Beyond Certifided Home Inspection again and highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
