Watson AC and Electrical is now AA Service and Repair

I had an burned out receptacle in my art studio and after reading Angie’s reviews choose Watson Electric for the repair. I called on a Monday morning and was pleasantly surprised that they could schedule that afternoon. The phone receptionists greeting I did not understand so I asked if this was Watson Electric and she said yes. The big surprise was the truck which arrived said AA Service and Repair. I questioned the technician and was informed that Watson had sold out to this company. I showed the tech the outlet and he called office for an estimate. For the one outlet it was $150 which seemed high, even he seemed apologetic with the quote. Since I felt committed I gave the go ahead. Since I am retired and a senior, I inquired about any discount, and there is none. The electrician did not have an outlet part. He needed to return to their shop saying no further charge for this.

Upon return, the outlet repair presented no problems and was quickly changed out. The technician was very courteous and professional throughout the work, even helping move and replace items that blocked access to the work area. I have no reservations concerning the new company's timeliness, efficiency, and job performance quality; however, the cost seemed a bit excessive.

One phone call and was offered a quick fix in order to avoid a service call. Did as instructed and no quick fix. Sent out a repair man in 20 minutes on his way to another job. Very friendly and very quick. Guy showed up and 8 minutes later a new outlet and everything great! Only changed for the service call and the new outlet (charged me exact same as if I bought it at Lowes)! Will definitely use them again!

I called Watson A/C and Electrical Service after Johnny's Electric Inc did not respond to my request for service. I told the office I wanted a second light installed in my garage. A service date was scheduled. On the service date, the serviceman arrived on time and with the light. He installed the light within a reasonable amount of time. I told him I was looking for an electrician not just for this job but someone I could count on going forward. He gave me his assurance I had found the right company.

I called on Saturday for repair on my air conditioner that was not working.
A repair person was scheduled to arrive several hours later.
The dispatcher called to let me know his previous call was going longer
and he would be a bit later. He arrived as promised, did the repair
and was on his way.
I appreciated the dispatcher following up with me when the repair person
was going to be late.
The man who handled the repair was knowledgeable and courteous.

Jack Watson is the owner. I was very pleased with him. He was punctual and professional. He let me know when he was late.

Watson was prompt in giving an estimate and prompt in getting here to do the work. Summer is a busy time of year for electricians in Florida but they were here when we needed them and the service was exceptional. We are very glad we hired them.
