Description of Work: This company promotes thru posted signs and website ad's that they can help the average citizen repair their credit with regards to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and charges a fee of starting at $250.00 dollars and promotes monthly results with the first 45 days. I have been with the company since early march and although I have not seen any significant change in my credit report, I have contacted the company to find out why is it that no case manager notifies me to keep me informed as to the status of my case and what is going on to help improve my credit report status. One significant thing though is that we will text message you when your payment is late or to inform you that they haven't received a payment to date. I feel that this company needs to work on their customer satisfaction process and make it a point to keep their current and future customers of the status of their account. As it stands right now i would not recommend them to anyone for assistance in credit repair
