Jay and his team did a wonderful job landscaping our front yard and installing sod. They were a pleasure to work with and we are thrilled with the results. If you want quality plants and sod installed by a team of professionals Liberty is the way to go.

Highest praise and recommendation for Liberty Landscaping Fernandina Beach. An employee is nearby to greet and assist you as soon as you arrive. We found Jeff T. to be a walking tree and plant encyclopedia. He patiently repeated information on the different species as he assisted us to form a landscaping plan. On another visit Johnny helped us pick out the individual palms. He enthusiastically pointed out the best aspects of each tree. When we lacked a shade tree to meet city code, someone in the office worked the phone to find one to transfer in from one of their Jacksonville locations. The installation team of Adam & Santiago arrived right on time, worked steadily and patiently repositioned the trees to our preferences. They were considerate of the surrounding area. Adam was a wealth of information for planting and maintaining the trees. He went above and beyond to educate us on maintenance. It’s clearly evident the employees have extensive knowledge and care for nature in addition to excellent customer service.

We requested a design layout for our new construction and just went in to see the plan. Aimee was so knowledgeable about plants I was quite impressed. She was very professional and educated us on several points. I had some things in mind and she expertly explained why or why not it would work. We will have them begin work in about a month or so. At this point I can recommend Aimee for her expertise and utmost professionalism.

Picked out and purchased a palm tree with their "master gardener".  The price was good and I even asked her if she was sure that it was the correct price.  She looked at the stake with the sign on it and told me yes.  I was brought a holly bush.  Explained to the gentlemen that I was supposed to get a palm tree.  They showed the work order that said holly bush.  I called the office and spoke to Jorge.  Jorge informed me that is what I asked for and paid for.  I informed him what I bought and who I bought it from.  He told me that the palm tree that I thought I ordered was double the price and that it was a sign for the plant NEXT to the palm tree. There was an empty area next to the palms.  Mind now, I asked the MASTER GARDENER if she was sure that was correct AND she's the one who wrote up the order.  He told me that I would have to pay double or cancel the order.  Even though the master gardener confirmed that was the correct price, he would not take blame.  Never apologized until I was back in the office to get a refund and then he was nasty...of course by then, so was I.  The plants are of good quality and they have a great selection, but I would think twice about getting anything delivered and they don't care about customer satisfaction and owning up to their mistakes.

We have a new construction home and our backyard was small and completely bare. I went to FMS and spoke with Amy. She was incredible to work with. She helped mold my ideas into a workable and feasible back yard. We put in over 200 ft2 of flower beds, a vegetable garden, and lined our back fence with a stone walkway/patio. After talking with Amy we came together and drew out a plan for our backyard. She took into consideration what we wanted and the amount of light, watering needs, and sensitivity of each plant. It has been 6 months and everything in our backyard is thriving and beautiful. We are going back to her soon to help plan out the flower beds for the front and sides of our house. I would highly recommend FMS and Amy to anyone looking to have a quality gardening planned for the house.

I was very pleased with the work they did. Their sod was very good. Even though I installed that myself, they delivered promptly when they said they would, so I would recommend them to friends and family members.

Everything went great. They were very professional and helpful. They were very creative and gave us a lot of good ideas. Very knowledgeable! The supervisor even did some of the work twice because he didn't feel is was up to his standards. I would recommend this company to anyone.
