We decided to sell our townhouse and I already knew an individual who was interested in buying it.  To ensure a smooth professional transaction with no suprises to anyone I hired Karen Werling.  I advised her of my general thoughts on the matter and listened to her advise.  She became the agent representing my side of the transaction and it made the whole thing less awkward and personal.  I felt communication would flow more smoothly with the buyer (who is also a Real Estate Professional) if Karen was the point of contact.  Everything went well and I am very pleased with the every aspect of this transaction.
