Designing and planning our house with John was an extremely pleasant experience. In fact I can't say enough positive about John. He is very gifted at design and makes the software dance as he puts design components together. He is very helpful but at the same time he is laid back and listened to what we wanted and then provided design suggestions. His flexibility to squeeze us in amongst other major design projects was greatly appreciated. John took on a sense of ownership of our house design and he made things happen. He also was very helpful in providing a list of builders and critiques of builders to help us choose one. We were new to the area and John helped us design and get ready to build our house.
