Jacob Nantz, CPI was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, thorough and followed up quickly. He did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. His 32 page report was delivered only a few hours after the inspection. Since the property was in another state, it was important for us to have confidence with our inspection and Jacob instilled that confidence for us. His website includes resources to potentially contact for follow up work which is helpful when you are not from the area and haven't yet established relationships. We would definitely use Jadeck Home Inspections, LLC again.

The inspection was performed as scheduled and I was made aware of issues that were found. Additionally, I received a 36 page report with photos of items that were inspected. It has been over a year now since we took possession of our home and I can say that the inspection was spot on. We have not had any surprises that should have been caught by inspection. Great job!!!!!
