Hired by phone, came to look at project, gave a verbal estimate, did some of the work and said they would be back to finish. We paid them their estimate price then did not hear from them regarding when they would return. After weeks and multiple texts I was informed they would come out to give me a quote and put me on the schedule. I am chalking this job up as learning curve for me to partial pay and the remainder when work is completed. Even if this is a misunderstanding, suggest you get a quote on paper to CYA. Very disappointed and will have to hire someone else to finish this job

I think I was pretty understanding when they cancelled on me the fist time to go help with the hurricane cleanup in Louisiana, and I applaud them for that. However, when it was time to take care of the 2 trees I contracted them for I am completely disappointed. The 1st day they were a no show, 2nd day they showed up and the equipment wasnâ t ready, 3rd day they finally started cutting down the trees and piling the debris on the street in front of the house, 4th day they came and finished cutting, grinding stumps and cleaning the yard. After I paid them under the promise that a dump truck was coming that day to pick up the debris, it never showed. On the 5th day the dump truck shows up, picks up half of the debris and doesnâ t come back. On the 7th day after multiple inquiries over the weekend and on that Monday, at about 5 pm the dump truck shows up and finishes picking up the debris. Now itâ s been more than a week and the job is still not finished, leaving me with a pole of dirt and trash in front of the house, their secretary wonâ t answer my texts, and they think itâ s funny to breach contracts. So no, I donâ t recommend them at all. And if you do decide to hire them, I suggest you donâ t pay them until the job is completely finished, because they sure are quick to cash the check, but good luck getting them to finish the job after that.

They did amazing job, I used their company twice and will always call them in the future when I need this type of work done. All there work was excellent and cleaned up everything, hard working guys, on time and fair price.

Contacted Massengill on a Saturday night and my Monday morning after a quick survey visit they were on site and ready to work in under an hour. Very professional family owned company. Took down 5 trees to include grinding the stump in under 3 hours. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer

They did a great job and cleaned up behind themselves. They even hauled off a small pile of yard debris we had accumulated.

The experience was great from start to finish. Excellent customer service and quality of work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I hired Massengill Land to take out two trees for me. Mike and Bodine Massengill were prompt, professional, courteous, and affordable. They did such a great job I hired them again to come back again the following week to remove another tree for me. Next time I need any tree work, I will definitely call Massengill Land again and I recommend that you call them too.

These guys made quick, clean work of a huge oak that was hanging over the house!!! Took almost no time between hire and having it done. Gave us a great price for all the work they put into it. Didn't use any large trucks so our waterline stayed safe. Could not be happier with the work they did!!! Absolutely the only guys we will hire for future services!!!
