Todd Stromdahl, owner & inspector, performed a home inspection for us and we must say that we were impressed. Under a condensed timeline, we selected Detailed Home Inspection based on a referral and his prompt response to our request.
The appointment for the inspection was arranged immediately and completed on the date as promised. We requested the results right away due to the purchase contract deadline and had the final reports the next morning.
The reports were thorough and detailed and had photos to show the areas discussed in the report. All structural, foundation, exterior, roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, attic were covered in fine detail. Todd has experience in carpentry and home repairs, so he knew what to look for. We had further questions from the Insurance Company on the electrical wiring and panel boxes and Todd did not hesitate to explain the condition further to us. He was very helpful from start to finish. Our experience was that Todd is reliable, responsive, good at home inspection and pleasant to work with.
