This was on a Sunday, and I give them credit for at least answering the phone. When the plumber assigned called back, he told us that the job would cost a MIMIMUM of $280 for the first two hours. I told them the repair should take much less time than that, but no other plumbers were responding to our calls and we had to turn off the water to the whole house to keep the bathroom from flooding. The plumber showed up on time and was courteous and professional. The job took only 30 minutes, but we were billed for the full two hours, plus a part, bringing the total cost to $300. Dave Turner Plumbing had us over a barrel and they took advantage by charging us this ridiculous amount.

Dave turner Plumbing did an excellent job diagnosing, finding and repairing a drainage leak in our condo.  They were very competent and responsive.

Great, professional company to work with.  They arrive on time and do what they say, which isn't the norm on the Island here.  We hoped the faucet innards could be fixed to avoid a whole new faucet but he showed and explained to us why it couldn't.  It made sense so he left, we picked out a faucet from their shop and rescheduled an install.  It wasn't a quick fix because the original install was a "do it yourself" and made the install very difficult without removing the granite countertop.  Thank goodness he persevered and finished the install.
The price was fair although not cheap.  They explain everything they are doing and why.  They also give options of which way you would like to proceed and their professional opinion also.  I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat.  I can trust them with my plumbing needs.

As with most scheduled service appointments there is a two hour window (mine 10 am til 12 noon) for the technician; therefore, I was pleasantly surprised with a prompt 10 am arrival. Phil was courteous and went right to work on the bathroom faucet. At first it seemed just a clearing of the trap, but Phil was not happy with the flow so he snaked out a longer portion of the line which definitely made for faster water drainage!  Also, the aging metal trap section had a thinning section which mandated replacement which Phil capably fitted anew. With the washing machine I had initially called an Appliance Repair concerning leaking water; however, the appliance repairman informed me the washing machine was fine but the water line was blocked so a plumber was necessary!  Therefore, next up was the washing machine with a thorough inspection and clearing of those water lines and checked with washer running to be sure.  Professional, thoughtful, and reliable made for lasting impression, and reason I have relied on this company over the years.

The plumber was very prompt, and extremely polite...he was very knowledgeable and did not waste time completing the work.
Everything works great! I would not hesitate to call again should the need arise.

Timely the cost was very low, very thank he didnt take advantage of me , poilet. i called again for another issues. I couldnt get the toilet to stop over flowing and they didnt charge me to come out. The problem fix itself, didnt take ten mintues.

The work was scheduled for a Monday but they had taken many emergency calls over the weekend that thay called me first thing Monday morning to reschedule for the next day. They arrived on schedule and there were two plumbers on the truck so they split up the work. They were both very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Since there were two of them the job went quicker than I had anticipated.
The only downside from this experience was that it rained that day and they were back and forth through the house.
I am pleased with the work and will definitely use them again.

Converted from tank style to tank less. Very smooth process.

I found Dave Turner Plumbing to be reasonably priced, professional, prompt and attentive to details. Work was completed according to schedule and precisely on budget and estimate.

I thought my garbage disposal was broken. I was sure the motor was burned out - no noise - dead. The plumber arrived, exactly on time, with a new one in hand. After assessing the situation, he thought that there may be something stuck in the disposal. Sure enough, he was able to repair it. He said that mine was better than the one he brought and it would be worth it to fix. He certainly could have sold me a new one but was honest and fixed the problem. I will definitely use Dave Turner plumbing again if the need arises.

Phoned DT and found responsive help. Appointment was made and technician appeared on time and work was done professionally and in a timely fashion. DT arranged for the city permit and inspection which was completed in a few days.

As I stated above, a pleasant experience with a professional.

Everything is great. It's been two years. They gave me a one year warranty. They did the job in two days.

They did a really good job. I was happy with their service. They responded quickly to the issue.

Tech had a hard time finding problem and had to call boss several times. Found the test gauge and connections were not origionally installed properly causeing it to burn out --Dave Turner plumbing originally installed!! His boss told him to disconnect the water softener which he did and when he tried to reconnect pipes to water softener he busted the elbow of a pipe which sent water free flowing into garage. He did respond and rushed out to turn water off. The tech did try and he was nice and polite. At the end of the call I did have water. I also had a $214 bill for replacing a part THEY installed -- the inconvience of having no water for the day AND a wet garage which I have to move everything, pull up the outdoor floor covering and dry everything out. NOT HAPPYThis was my second bad experience with this company.
