Randy called before he arrived. The work took about an hour. I was totally satisfied...especially since I had already tried removing the cylinder and had pretty well butchered it.

not going to put this in essay format, will simply list the problems.
the bill:  $22,500.  for installing fixtures and other things..kohler fixtures that i purchased from another source...new fixtures..not used...to replace existing kohler fixtures.   i asked for backup for the invoice, since the invoice did not provide detail.  bob, the owner provided timesheets for the workers.  his backup indicated that 2 plumbers were in our home for 40 hours each one week, and they WERE NOT.  talked with bob, the owner, about the bill and the falsification of hours worked.  bob told me that i was a liar...his workers were in my home and to send him a check.
the work:  shoddy...plumbing faucets are incorrectly installed.  shower head leaks.  shower pipe was leaking after tile installed, which meant cutting a hole in the drywall on the other side of the pipe so access to leaky pipe could be granted.  after repair, then i had to hire someone to repair/repaint the drywall.   kitchen faucets wiggle and are not installed properly.  pipes under the sinks are not put together properly, so when you run the faucet water leaks into the cabinet beneath it.  i have bowl under the pipes to catch the water from the leaks until i can get this repaired.
i am not a plumber...far from it, so i depended on this company to do the job and do it well.  i refused to pay the amount i was billed and bob, the owner  and i reached a settlement on the amount owed for this work.
would i use crown plumbing services in fernandina beach again?  absolutely not.

i forgot to add that the plumber jackhammered into my shower to move the shower drain.  i live in a high rise condo, and nothing is to be jackhammered without the presence of an engineer.  the plumber cut into an air conditioning line belonging to my neighbors, and for 3 days in july, they were without air conditioning.  the homeowner's association used my $5000 deposit i had to pay when i submitted plans to the hoa for the remodeling (in case something went wrong) to pay to repair the air conditioning, hire an engineer and repair the shower bed.

since i wrote this review, the plumbing work performed by crown has been inspected and some of it did not meet code requirements.  i have incurred additional expense and inconvenience to have these issues resolved so they meet code requirements.
