However, strangely the quality of connection went downhill. Called several times and comcast sent several techs out as well as a service truck and service is still not consistent. Will be Looking for alternative service provider

It didn't go. I do not want a tech out here....my internet works fine during the day....no problem. I have heard of cable companies "powering down"in non-peak times. Comcast claims they don't do that. So back to Square One...if I had a choice of ISP's I would pick another company to be sure...but unfortunately Comcast has a monopoly here and it's them or nothing. And they are trying to increase their holdings every day. Not good.
Description of Work: Gave me the run-around. I use my computer late at night and the internet service from Comcast is bad. Most of the time past midnight I cannot get connected at all. The error message is that my connection is" limited"...which means you can do nothing on the internet. I have complained about this for quite a while but Comcast says its not their problem. They also say maybe someone in the area is downloading a big file...night after night...they have offered to send out a tech...but I will have to pay if a problem can be found with our personally owned modem.

Our house suffered a lightning strike that destroyed the internet/cable modem and the auxiliary cable boxes. The technician came on time with replacement items and installed them and checked to ensure operation.
Description of Work: Replaced internet modem and wi-fi router and cable boxes.

They are really good. They are too expensive. I am with them because that is what is available. I will continue to use them.
