He represented the seller/developer.
A cabinet was installed in violation of electrical codes and had to be removed.
It has taken 6 months and I still don't have a check for the credit for the cabinet.
He is never available, never responded to calls or emails, either from me or my agent.
I've gone back to the closing attorney and he is also trying to get this cleared up.
Bruce simply doesn't care once the deal is done.
Most of my neighbors in the complex had similiar experiences.
I've used other agents in his office that were great.
Just avoid Bruce Jasinsky and ensure you have an attorney
