C & C LAWN SPRINKLER

The first time I called was early in Friday evening about a week ago, when I accidentally hit a water line in my garden. Thinking I hit the sprinkler system we did a quick search for emergency repairs. Derek answered right away and was at our house in 10 minutes. He fixed the problem which was the water main to our house and only charged me $65.00. I had him come out again today to do a tune up on our irrigation system. He, along with 2 of his very nice and respectful employees, arrived right as scheduled, and fixed multiple sprinkler heads for us. They also spent a lot of time teaching me about our system. They crew was there for at least an hour and this time only charged $75. I am a Customer for life! This is by far the best service I have ever received for service at my home!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Derrick and the team are remarkably ethical and hard working guys. I cannot recommend them highly enough. He had great suggestions to accomplish all of our current and future goals for our landscape. The install was flawless and built into our existing system. Our HOA also uses C&C and I know why... these guys are the best!!!

Derrick was responsive, knowledgeable and extremely cooperative.

They were very responsive to come out to an irrigation leak that was spraying in the yard during a rainstorm. He came out for an emergency visit, which was amazing, and shut off the water. He came out the next day for the repair, but unfortunately it was not fixed. If I was local, I may give them a try again. However, I am a long distance owner and I went with another company who I knew had an outstanding reputation.

I first called last week desperate when my system didn't work at all. After 1 call, he left me a used transformer on my porch the next morning. After this didn't solve the problem, i made one more call, the same morning, he stopped by on his lunch break to see if it was a quick fix. After deducting it was electrical in the garage and not the unit, i said I would contact him again once the electrician had a look. (I will also leave feedback for my electrician) Called once again after the electrician fixed the problem to set up todays appointment, showed up and worked quickly, listened to my concerns and gave great advice and worked like a dog in the heat to get it all perfect!! Even taught me how to program my system! What a down to earth, professional guy! Would completely recommend and will be using again.
