Water heater is in kitchen corner, behind the cabinet, under the countertop. Cabinet was removed prior to arrival. During installation the worker hit the wall, making a hole in the sheetrock through to the entry hallway. When brought to his attention he said, “It’s an old house and the wiring is close to the wall.” He did not offer a discount or to pay for repair. My father is 81 years old, kind, and polite. He told the worker not to worry about it. When Bell-Reeves left there was a broken circular shape in the hallway sheetrock. After the water heater installation was complete the water would not work in the kitchen. The worker looked at the pump, said there was probably trash in the line. When Bell-Reeves left the kitchen sink water was not working. When the cabinet was reinstalled after they left, it would not fit because of the way the plumbing/wiring had been installed. After removing sections to make it fit, the cabinet would not stay together. Now there is a hole in the cabinets and no cabinet covering the water heater. After showering in warm water the company was called again. They said it might heat up with time, but if they came out again for the temperature there would be another service charge. The original charge was quoted as $550, actual charge $600. 4-5 hours work. Yes, I am upset. Bell-Reeves left my elderly parents with a hole in the hallway wall, no water in the kitchen, and charged $50 more than quoted because it was harder than expected. The cabinet...they should have made sure it would fit when they rewired, or at least prior to leaving. My father takes responsibility for sawing it too much.

When I called they scheduled me for the next business day, whereas other companies said they'd call back and didn't or said they'd call back the next day. Richard was incredibly polite, worked efficiently and did a great job. Not sure about price yet bc they bill you and I did not ask for an estimate- will update if unreasonable.

They do electrical, plumbing, and heating and cooling. They are fabulous. We called them at three and they were here by a quarter till four. Their work is wonderful. They are always punctual. They really do provide great service.
