When someone claims that they can clean your grout in your shower no matter what it takes, make them put the guarantee in writing before the job. He was very prompt and professional, but after doing his work, he told me that to get all the dirty grout clean, he would have to 1) re-tile the whole shower floor or 2) grind the dirty tile out leaving grind marks in the tiles or 3) paint the grout white (which would eventually come off in spots). None of these options are what was promised when he came to look at the job and quote.
