"We do apologize that you are dissatisfied with your repair. Based on your invoice, your computer was dropped off on Thursday May 18, 2017 and picked up Monday May 22, 2017. We take pride in our reviews and we hope this will clear up any misunderstandings you may have. We would like to take a moment and reiterate our policies and procedures. It is our strict policy that we strongly & repeatedly advise all customers prior to wiping and reloading your operating system, that any programs that were installed by them will need to be reinstalled using their original media. The reason behind this is we cannot clone or counterfeit legitimate software that you may have paid for as this is illegal. For an additional cost, we can install your programs back on to the computer if you bring us the original media such as the CD/DVD/product download information. In your case specifically, the need to wipe and reload your operating system was the only repair we could recommend due to the amount of malware that had been installed inadvertently. We would also like to stress that when giving an estimated time of repair, we state the average repair can be completed in 24-48 hours. Every so often there is a computer that may take longer. The reason behind your repair taking the extra amount of time (dropping off on Thursday May 18th and picking up on Monday May 22nd) was due to the 45,000+ emails we needed to download on to your computer. This was explained to you during the process and we provided several status updates. We did not charge you for the extra time spent completing this either, it was a courtesy. Had we released the computer to you before completing this, we would have been lowering our standards on the quality repair we strive to provide. We hope this clears up any misunderstanding you may have and we look forward to serving you again in the future!"
