I can't take these people anymore! I am firing them this month after the agreement runs out. They never did a follow up, what work they did was minimal until I basically threatened to throw them off the property and the verbal agreements we made were never done. They did show up on time and if they were running late they always called, but if there was a problem they never responded. One month they did the job quite well, but the next month they went right back to the usual crap again.
