I was told that no electrical parts are guaranteed with Rheem products, so their was no warranty. Something has gone wrong just 3 months after John's repair, because the water is so hot that you can't even use it. I called John and spoke with his wife. She told me that he also does not warranty his work. He is suppose to call me this morning, but I have not heard from him yet. If he will not stand behind his work, I will hire someone else to fix it this time.

I THINK THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE AREA. WE HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST 8 OR 9 YEARS, AND THEY ARE THE ONES THAT CONSISTENTLY SHOW UP AT ALL. THEY ARE THE MOST REASONABLY PRICED. I HAVEN'T HAD ANYONE THAT'S A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT AT WORK WE SCHEDULE PEOPLE IN THE AREA. THEY ARE A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT WE PAID HERE.
