He did work 1 time for me. I wanted him to come back and do more but he said he is too busy mowing to come back out. He said he would have my cousin call me.

Well, Mr. Howard showed up at my house (eventually, after a few "meetings" and "emergencies"). I left the planning of my granddaughter's bday party to meet with him and his brother and spent an hour talking to him. He was supposed to call me the next day with his quote. Nope. I called him the following day and left a message. No response. I called him the third day (today) and got him. We agreed on a price and he was going to call his brother and call me right back. That was this morning. It's now 10:03 p.m. and I needed this done THIS weekend. This guy is extremely undependable. Don't waste your time.

Mr. Howard showed up within 30 minutes of his agreed upon time with his son to give me a bid. Perfect experience. He was friendly and knew what I wanted after I showed him the pile. Mr. Howard showed up on time the day of removal with his son and they made about 3 or 4 trailer load trips to the local dump. Mr. Howard and his son worked unsupervised and the price was less than I had expected. (I misunderstood the dumping fee) I am very happy with the experience and I am about to call Mr. Howard with more work.

Mr. Howard has always done a wonderful job at a reasonable price. He has a great attention to detail. He is polite and friendly and has people with him to help who are the same.
