I have been using Guardian since I moved into the house back in 2006. I have never had to re-sod and the yard looks great. I have to pull a few weeds manually every so often, but that is to be expected.
The treatment is every two months and the price is very reasonable.
Whenever I have questions, they are very quick to respond with lots of great information. They don't try to sell me on a bunch of services that I don't need and provide recommendations to do somethings myself to save money.
Every invoice has a personal note about things they have noticed (ex. a sprinkler zone may not be working correctly... or change your sprinkler timing for the dry season, etc.).
