I have used Tom Walsh five times and always been happy with his work. Last month, one of our toilets just began leaking from its base whenever it was flushed. It was gross. I called Tom. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me an estimate. I needed a new wax ring seal. Tom removed the toilet, replaced the seal and re-grouted it in about two hours. He cleaned up afterwards. You would never know there was ever a problem after he finished. The toilet worked perfectly. I heartily recommend Tom. If I have any future plumbing problems, I will call him, again.

Tom responded to the inquiry and arrived exactly on time.  He performed the work needed in a professional manner and was very personable and easy to work with.  We eventually had to have the disposal replaced (under factory warranty) due to further problems after Tom's visit -- which had nothing to do with him or the repairs he made.  Turns out it was just a bad unit that had one problem after another.  Tom was even helpful to me with regard to the factory warranty we later had to put into play and how to go about filing our claim and getting the manufacturer to respond and honor it.  We would absolutely use him again -- no contest.  We have referred him to neighbors who are equally as pleased with his work.

Mr. Tom Walsh deserves the and quot;Aand quot; ratings. He was professional, arrived on time ,efficient in completeing the job and the quality of work was excellent. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

Tom Walsh was very responsive to my dilemma of an unuseable sink and worked us in on his very full Friday schedule so we didn't have to suffer through an entire weekend without a sink. He gave us so e great tips for maintaining our home's plumbing as well. 10 out of 10!!!

It went very well. This was the second time I've used them. I used them in September and then again in November. They fixed a leaking faucet around a base before and that went well.

I noticed a leak under the sink where you cut off the water. The hot water valve was leaking. I called Tom and told him that I had a bucket under the valve but I would like to get it repaired the next day. He gave me a time and he arrived the next day on time. My home is a little older so we have copper lines which were not a problem. He replaced both valves under the sink and removed some of the extra pipe that was in the way. Very clean install, works fine. He is my families plumber now.

I called Tom in the morning, after reading good reports about him from Angie's List and we made an appointment for 4pm, he was very pleasant to talk to on the phone. Later he called me and said he could come right over because he was rearranging his schedule and since I was closer he'd come here first. I got a new washer, dryer but the hose for the cold water hose had been left on by the previous owner and had frozen solid, with rust, to the faucet. He used a reciprocating saw to cut it off then as we both saw, the faucet fixture itself was leaking so he had to remove that and the hot water faucet, putting new 1/4 turn faucets in. Then he cleaned up after himself and went out to the carport and put in a new quarter turn faucet for me where the old one was and which had been leaking. He even helped to bring the washer into the home for me.
He is very professional, friendly and knows what he's doing. The price of $183.00 seemed a little high but ONLY because I'm retired, living on SS, so anything over $25.00 seems high!! Ha! I would definitely use him again and have no qualms about recommending him to my friends. He did come the same day and even earlier than expected so that was a plus. Have no fear about using this fine professional

Noticed standing water in the corner of my garage. After investigation I could see the water was coming out from a load bearing wall that separates my Master Bath from the Garage. Called Tom out from Eustis quality plumbing. He had to remove my old water heater to get to the wall where the leak was coming from. He cut the drywall and could see the leak was coming up through a feeder pipe buried under the garage floor. I had a leak detection service come in and they were able to determine the leak was about 14 inches back from where the pipe came up through the footer in the wall. Tom came back and dug a 20X20 inch hole through the garage concrete floor and we were able to see where the leak was located. He repaired the leak and also rebuilt the pipe manifold ensuring nothing was leaking. Since my water heater was 18 years old I decided to purchase a new one. He filled the hole back in the garage floor, repaired the damaged drywall and installed a new water heater. He is very knowledgeable in not only plumbing but general repair. This was great since I had to only deal with him and not other contractors to fix the hole in the floor or the drywall. One stop shopping. His prices are reasonable and his work ethic and professionalism are outstanding. He provides quality work. I most highly recommend him if you are having plumbing issues.

On Saturday night, our kitchen faucet began to leak at the base where it met the sink and our toilet began to fill very slowly. I called Eustis Quality Plumbing on Monday. I had an appointment elsewhere on Tuesday, so Eustis Quality Plumbing scheduled me for 9:30 AM on Wednesday. Tom arrived early at about 9:20 on Wednesday. He was very pleasant and quickly diagnosed the problem. The original installer, when my home was built, had tightened the faucet too tight and slightly cracked part of it. After 6 years, the part gave way. Tom replaced the part and gave me the manufacturers phone number to call since this faucet was and quot;guaranteed for life.and quot;

Tom then fixed the toilet. I thought that it was the toilet fill valve. I was wrong. Tom quickly found the problem. The previous owner had installed a and quot;water saverand quot; device in the water line to the toilet. This was clogged and neither of us understood how this really saved water. Tom removed the and quot;water saverand quot; and reconnected the water line. The toilet worked perfectly afterwards. Tom was very professional. He left the work areas clean. He was very pleasant. His price was very reasonable. I am now buying a new home which will need some plumbing repairs. Once I have closing for this new home , I will definitely call Tom to do my plumbing work. I recommend him.

This is a late review. I was looking for plumbers for another job and recalled I did not leave a review for this work so the exact date and price may be off + or - a few.
We woke up on a Saturday with a leaking faucet on our porch and called Tom.
Tom came out before his fishing trip and fixed the faucet with one he had on his truck and its still in place working fine.
1/4 turn valves are the way to go.
So he came out in his fishing shorts lol and fixed our spigot on a Saturday. Amazing guy we love him. Always fair prices and good work.

As background, we have used Eustis Quality Plumbing previously: once to clear the bathroom drain, another time to replace an outside drain for our washing machine, and then to replace our kitchen sink faucet. Those repairs went well with quality work at a reasonable price. For the outside repair, when he gave the estimate, he suggested I dig a trench before he came back for the work to save some money. For the faucet replacement, he had a used faucet on hand and he used that so we paid less than we would have for a lesser quality new faucet.
Anyway, for this repair, when he had worked on clearing the bathroom sink drain on a prior visit, he had done the best he could through normal means (using a snake, etc.). It was improved, but he said as it is an old house, he would need to get into the wall to finish the job properly. We asked for an estimate and thought it was reasonable.
When we decided to have it done, he arrived at the appointed time and completed the job fairly quickly. There was a piece already cut out from previous work. It didn't line up to the pipes perfectly, but he made do so as not to cut the wall paneling further. He showed me how it looked and he replaced the trap with better quality piping and cleaned some leaves and other trash before closing it up again. The wall shows no sign of the work done. He said someday we might want to have the pipes replaced even further along the wall to the outside, but the drain works great now so we will enjoy it for a while before tackling that job.
The bottom line is we have used them four times over the past two years and will gladly call him again if needed. Quality work at a reasonable price.

Just a note to begin, we have used Tom about 5 or 6 times in the past and his work is stellar. His opinion is golden and I take very serious any recommendation he makes. He is one of the best home plumbers I have met so far in this area.

Tom called and gave a two hour window of when he would arrive. He arrived at the beginning of his estimated arrival time. Work was done well as always (we have used Tom about 5 other times in the past and it’s always A+ work).

Note, the PVC fitting he installed snapped again at exactly the same spot as the old one that came on the house when we bought it. I suspect it is snapping due to water hammer which does happen in this house the way the plumbing was set up. I noticed this at 3am Friday night. I called Tom at 7am and he was out by 9am fixing the problem with upgraded Galvanized parts at my request. He did charge for the upgraded parts as expected $35.00 for the and quot;Tand quot;. He did not charge for the repair to work he had already done. In my opinion coming out on a Saturday within 2-hours to fix the problem again is stellar performance and I do not think the part broke because of Toms work or shoddy parts. I am sure the water hammer effect which can be devastating on plastic pipes caused the failure, not anything Tom did or didnt do. This is my assessment of what caused the failure not Toms; I didn’t bother to ask because I am sure of the cause. Later I can get Tom to help me stop the water hammer but that’s a job for another day.

Just a note to anyone getting repairs to spigots on house, pay the extra money for the quarter turn valves if you intend to stay in the house. They are worth the cost; they just don’t leak and are much easier on the hands.

We had a high-pitched hum that was related to our water. We called Tom Walsh. He came within a few days. He arrived on time and found the cause of our humming problem quickly. He figured out why our kitchen faucet ran slowly. Although he could not repair that, he showed me a part to order online and how to repair it myself when the part came. He also told me that he would come back if I felt I could not make the repair. Finally he put a new washer on the drain pipe that came from the dishwasher which was being held on by a bungee chord put there by the previous owner of the house or the real estate people (we recently moved to this house). He worked quickly and professionally, was courteous and cleaned up. He charged $132. which we felt was reasonable given what he did.

THEY WERE ABLE TO CHANGE IT OUT. THERE WAS A MIX UP ABOUT WHAT TYPE OF DISPOSAL WE BOUGHT. I AM PRETTY SURE THE INSTALLER TOLD ME FAULTY INFORMATION. I WOULDN'T HAVE THE SAME MAN COME BECAUSE HE WASN'T VERY NICE, AND I THINK HE WAS TRYING TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF US BY INSTALLING A LOWER PRICED UNIT THAN WE BOUGHT.
