 + -1 moreTHEY WERE PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE BECAUSE HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE KNEW MORE THAN ME. HE FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM QUICKLY BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO FIX IT. WE CHOSE NOT TO FIX IT.
Description of Work: IT WAS JUST A DIAGNOSTIC ON MY COMPUTER AFTER IT GOT HIT BY LIGHTNING.
