Handyman Service
The terms were 50% down upfront and the remainder after install. Perfectly fine, however, I had to call the installer twice for an update. The installer was polite, professional but his quality of workmanship was not up to my standards. He installed a metal catch on the door jam crooked causing a slight gap of space. Concerned that if I could see light coming through that flying insects would be able to enter, I called the company to have a rep come and provide a solution. The rep arrived and said there isn't anything he could do. So I live with the outcome. Going forward I would use the company again but I would ask for return calls for updates and not use the same installer.

Handyman Service, Door Service
They were prompt in all our meetings. Installation was pretty quick. It is a nice door. love using it. the only downside, is that we don't get to use it often enough, so when we do, you have to be careful not to walk through it! It is brown metal with black screen. Sometimes when I go by it, I think I have left the door open :)
