Description of Work: We had a Bruce Wood floors by a home improvement store in our family room. Because of dogs it became a mess, hard to clean and we made the decision to replace it with ceramic tiles. I contacted several other companies. He came recommended to me by a friend who told me he did floors in her neighborhood and everyone was pleased with his work. He gave us a reasonable quote, in fact 1200.00 less than another home improvement store. He had no idea how pasted the wood floor was and he and his crew spent over 3 days removing the wood floor. They never complained or lost their cool. The tile was installed perfectly and he never changed his quote. We were so pleased that I wanted to share it with Angie's List.
