I had 4 wool area rugs cleaned and was surprised to learn it was better to have them taken to the shop to have them cleaned even though they were room size. They look just great. Justin was very professional and took great care when moving the furniture to avoid marking the wood flooring. He was punctual, professional and returned them when he said he would.

The technician Justin, arrived on time for the estimate and explained his procedures and outlined costs of services needed. He scheduled an appointment for me that worked around my schedule.  He arrived on the appointment date on time with everything needed to perform services in a professional manner. I was very pleased with how he took his time to carefully move all of my furniture and replace it exactly as it was originally arranged. I was extremely impressed that he was able to remove the soil from my carpet as I have numerous animals that have soiled the carpets over the duration of many months. I requested that he leave some business cards for me to distribute since I was so satisfied with his overall service quality and professionalism. I will be sure to use this company in the future as the service was worth every dollar that I spent.

Provide excellent service with results

They came out and cleaned our carpets in a 7,000 square foot home. They did a basic cleaning and they were able to get some stains in most of the bedrooms. One cleaner came out and was here for 3 hours. We have also used them before too. My husband said they are the best!

Responded very quickly and did a great job.  He was careful not to damage things as he worked and was very polite and helpful, giving tips as to how I could keep things clean longer.  I am very pleased with the work done.

Absolute Carpet Cleaning called to let us know they would be late--a definite courtesy.  Justin and Neal arrived, explained the procedure and immediately got to work.  The carpet was cleaned and stains gone in good time.  They also sell and install flooring.  While we haven't used that service we wouldn't hesitate to call them.  As for carpet cleaning we would definitely use them again.

The appointment was for 9 am.  The office called at about 9:40 to say he was on his way and the office was under the impression that the appointment was for 10.  We told them that the original appointment was for 9 am.  He arrived just before 10 am and got to work.  He did a thorough job and commented on one loose place in the carpet that he said he could stretch in place for a fee.  We were not interested since the carpet is cheap builder grade and we know it wasn't first quality even though only 2 years old.  We were just interested in having it cleaned.  Used Angie's discount to get price of $185.  Overall we liked the work but the issue with the appointment time and his comments on the carpet and installation quality were not appreciated.  Price was competitive.

He did a great job cleaning the carpet but appeared resentful when we offered to assist him moving furniture. He threatened to walk off the job.
