 + -1 moreI was looking for a crusier type bike for myself to be able to ride comfortably when my wife rides her bike. Patrick our salesperson, was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgable. He spent quite a bit of time helping with this decision, offering suggestions and ideas that I would not otherwise thought of. Two weeks later, the seat just didn't feel right. I stopped by and they told me to bring the bike in and they help determine a fix. The next day, I took the bike back and Patrick quickly helped with another seat. Within 15 minutes I was trying this out. He mentioned that if this did not work that I might want to consider riding pants that has a cushion that might help. Not only did he provide great customer service but after I took my trial ride, he came out and loaded the bike into my SUV. While making my initial purchase we saw several customers come in and all were treated the same way. This is why I will go back for any of our biking needs. One great team at the Trek store in Estero and one great sales person - Patrick !

Description of Work: Told me Angie's list shouldn't promote this service for said price as it is not at described and should be used on bikes in excellent condition. Did not appreciate the "bait and switch" upgrade sales pitch.

 + -1 moreWe were unhappy with the price and would't go back there. The staff who work there were nice but we werent happy with the desicion from the manager.
Description of Work: My daughter purchased a custom made bicyle from them. We ended up returning it but didn't know that they were going to charge us a restocking fee of 20%.
