He did 2 computers.  He had both of them working and set up very quickly.  They were much easier for us to use.  We are very satisfied with the service.

The service technician was very professional, polite and helpful.  I had used a different service locally (not through Angie's List) and believe this technician was much more knowledgeable and also explained situations in terms I could understand.  Will sign up for an annual contract for at least one of my computers! Excellent service.

They installed a video card onto my computer and did a good job.

She was very nice and very efficent.  She was here for an hour at the most and it went very well.

Explained in detail everything he was doing to fix my computer; also advised me what to do and not to do in future when certain pop-ups appear and to call if I had any questions after he left.  Was very impressed and will certainly call them again as I am totally not technical and I felt very comfortable with Greg as he did not talk above my head.

I placed an order through Angie's List for this companies services last fall. Although I had to reschedule a couple of times, when I did find a date that was workable, I received a call either the night before or the day of the supposed service from Ms. Crine, the person with whom the arrangements were made. She informed me that the technician who was to do the job had been in a bad car accident. She did not offer a different day in the future for anyone to come out to my house. I asked for my money to be returned which Angie's List followed through on since Ms. Crine never called me with either an alternative date or technician to do the job.
I decided to give the company another chance. First off, I learned that Ms. Crine was no longer with the company. The gentleman who spoke with me about rescheduling could not have been more accomodating. It was as if I was in touch with a new company altogether. I was able to schedule a tech to come to my house very quickly. The tech-Ryan-called me prior to his coming which I always appreciate because I know how hard it is to follow a schedule, keeping in mind drive times, traffic and even how long the previous appointment takes. He spent the full two hours here and did a fantastic job. So fantastic that I plan to have him return to teach me some basics that by now, I certainly should know how to do but don't.
Perhaps one of the most appealing things about this company is that they can send someone to your house to work on your computer. The idea of having my computer worked on via cyberspace does not appeal to me. Having my password in anyone's hands other than mine is unacceptable. As long as they keep sending polite, educated people to my home to work on my computer, I will continue to hire them! Whatever negative report I may have written about this company before was entirely based on the performance of Ms. Crine, who is no longer an employee with Exclusive Technology Consulting, INC.

She's almost 80 and they were just very conscientious of making sure that she understood because she's having to change her operating system and whenever you do change the operating system to updated it it's a little more difficult but they were very kind and good. My mom asked them to come back to do some other things like reloading her garmin. A garmin is what helps you find where you're going. She needed to update the maps and she didn't know how so they were kind enough to come over and explain that. They were professional and personable. They seem to know what they were doing. They were a phenomenal price.

My computer, which was bought in Jan. 2014, was not functioning right--shutting down, lots of pop up screens, delays, etc.  My printer (also new) was no longer scanning documents.  I checked Angie's List to see if  there were any deals.  I came across Exclusive Technology Consulting, Inc., who was offering a deal for $79.00 for two hours of on-site computer work.  I bought the deal, called the company the following day, they responded the same day, and we scheduled for work to be done the next day (2/5/2015).  At 9:00 am, as promised, I received a called from Greg Gonzales--he said he would work on my computer remotely.  However, I protested as I wanted the work to be onsite, but he assured me that he would be able to fix my computer.  We initially had problems logging on, but finally I was able to get to a website, which he would use to work on my computer remotely--he instructed me throughout the entire process.  It took more that two hours to fix the computer and the printer.  Greg was polite, respectful, professional, confident in himself (without being arrogant) and was a pleasure to work with.  I have no regrets and am quite satisfied with the work that was done.  I actually bought a maintenance deal for $80.00, which was on Angie's List, for an entire year of service to my computer on a quarterly basis. My computer and printer are now functioning perfectly, as they should be.

They were responsive for scheduling. Three different people worked on the computer. One came to the house and the two others worked on it remotely. For the first visit, the technician was here for a couple of hours. I sent them an email when it still was not working fine and another technician worked on it remotely for over an hour. After the last guy worked on it, he said that the operating system was compromised and there was nothing more than he could do. He offered some opportunities to repair, but the laptop is five years old and I might as well just purchase a new one which I did. I don't know anything about computers and I do not know what happened. I am unsure if it was specifically anything they did. I can?t quite figure out how that would happen over a matter of days. While they worked on the laptop, it still worked, but it progressively got worse each they they worked on it.

I have since spoken with them and I feel that the problem had nothing to do with them.  I feel that if they would have communicated with me effectively from the on-set, I would have had them fix it and not have spent so much more on replaceing it.
