Snappy Pro Wash uses Softwash Systems exclusive low-pressure, top of the line, low voltage DC powered cradle systems and biodegradable cleaners to apply the perfect mix to kill algae, mold, and mildew. Our low pressure form of cleaning, a method which does not use gas powered pressure washers, has become known as "softwashing". To be Softwash Systems authorized you have to pass a certification program, complete hands own training, and abide by a 50 point standard. Our system has safely cleaned Disney and over 70,000 roofs!

We worked with Chad he was great, he cleaned the gutters after a large tree was cut down and got all the stuff out. While cleaning out the down spouts one broke he went with me to lowes to get everything needed to replace the downspouts and installed it way above and beyond his job. I also had him clean the liani screens and floor looks great. I would use Chad again and tell all my friends.

Chad couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He explained his "soft-wash" process in detail on our first meeting. He told us how this process used chemicals to remove dirt and grime and would not dull or remove paint from walls the way some pressure nozzles can. He showed up promptly on the appointed day, and when he was done the house and roof looked like new. Thanks to Chad we don't have to re-paint!!

Chad came over to house and gave me a verbal and written cost of the job. We worked together thru emails and phone calls to establish a day and time that was convenient for us both. Chad came over on the scheduled day and time and spent 4 hours softwashing the metal roof and gutter. I was very pleased with the results and amazed at how clean and shiny the roof and gutters were. I had another company do the roof the last time and they had to come out two more times for me to be happy. Definitely would recommend Snappy Pro Wash to my friends or family as well as anyone else.

"I will be calling customer to see in what way he feels the quality could have been better. We blew the leaves off his entire roof, not just his gutters. We blew the leaves off his screened enclosure and flat roof over his lania. Bagged the leaves, blew off around his pool and charged $25 extra for having to remove and put back and in some cases re-attach his gutter guards. We called the customer in advance if I recall correctly and were a couple of minutes late because someone removed the street sign to get to the property. We sent a sales person to look at his gutters. Showed up in a fully wrapped truck, wearing uniforms, licensed, insured, and with all the proper tools and as he said gave him a price beforehand. Most people tend to say we are courteous and polite so I am not quite sure how we could have been more professional either."

The main reason for the visit was to clear the gutter adjacent the lanai cage. It required getting up on the roof and removing the debris by hand and blowing out the finer debris. He brushed the screens with a soft brush to remove the remaining cypress needles still caught in the screening. The other gutters which were not nearly as bad as the lanai gutter were also cleaned out. The down spouts were also checked to ensure they were clear. Upon request, he also sprayed some water proofing on a specific spot in the gutter. Chad was knowledgeable and professional. We would hire him again.

Chad inspected and cleaned the gutters, making sure I knew about any issues that might need future attention. He was pleasant, diligent, and did a very thorough job -- including the downspouts, etc. When a job from earlier in the day ran longer than expected, he immediately called me to let me know he would be a little later than projected, which was greatly appreciated. After he was done, he left no traces of debris anywhere--there was no cleanup for me to do. I was so pleased with his work ethic and finished product that I will definitely call Snappy Pro Wash for all future jobs that involve roof, gutter, lanai and driveway cleaning, etc.

- Chad did a beautiful job on the roof and house. This is the first time I have used the "soft wash" concept. It looks nice now and time will tell if the extra cost pays off. The bonus is that they spent very little time on the roof and hopefully no broken tiles to fix. He was very professional and polite.

Fantastic.
After providing very balanced advice about options regarding treatment of my roof issues I decided to go forward with the roof cleaning.
They invested a day into the cleaning of the roof and cleaned the gutters at the same time. They also cleaned up perfectly after their work.
I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and I can't recommend them enough!

This took an entire day. Chad and his fellow workers are extremely compulsive and the results are impeccable. The house looks great! The roof looks brand new. The entrance way is immaculate---walls and areas around the windows are totally free of insects etc. Very pleased. Will definitely have Chad and his team back again!

We thought we needed a new roof, but all we needed was Chad. He did his magic on the gutters and shingles and it looks like we had a new roof put on. This is our third project with Chad and cannot say enough good things about his work and reasonable pricing. We did the gutters, cleaned the driveway and pool deck and now our roof. Work was carried out on a rental property so i had to organize everything remotely and via email/phone, which requires a lot of trust that the work is actually done properly. Chad kept me up to date, got the work scheduled as soon as possible and notified me when it was complete. I saw the outcome last weekend and am very happy with the quality of the work done, the communication process and the price. Would highly recommend. It is nice to be able to trust someone working on a property without requiring to be there watching all the time and not worry about over-paying. (My property manager quoted 3x more for this work than i ultimately paid). Very satisfied.

We are so impressed with these young men, Chad, the owner, and his employee, Justin. They were so thorough and careful. Having had power washing before, we were somewhat unsure of of the soft clean method, but we are delighted with the results. They are expensive, but with the guarantees offered by the company and the quality of the work, they are worth it. Courteous and extremely competent. A winning combination.

Chad and his coworker Jason, did an excellent job!! They were very professional yet also very friendly.
They worked on the house "like it was their own", making sure that everything was done to perfection!
The weather was not always "cooperative" in "rainy season", but Chad kept me informed as to when he could return to finish the job when it was not raining.
Everything came out looking beautiful..like it was brand new!
After a few days, one of the shrubs "died", and a couple others looked "stressed", Chad came back out to inspect them and even offered to replace the dead shrub.
. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend "Snappy Pro" and Chad.
I will definitely use them again in the future.
