Simpson installed our alarm system, then sold our contract to another alarm company, Monitronics.  Even though I was paying Monitronics, Simpson continued to draft a monthly fee from my bank account.  I didn't catch the draft for 3 months and asked for my money back.  They wrote a check which bounced.  Then, they promised to meet me at a local restaurant with cash.  I waited around and they never showed.  I have heard many, many horror stories about this company since then.  Dealing with them was a nightmare.

After removing my Brinks/ADT system and adding an additional glass breakage sensor they left me hanging. Promised key fob not delivered, no signage, nor documentation for insurance purposes. Very unresponsive to 9 phone calls, only one was ever returned by a worker (who initially installed the Brinks sytem) saying he would send me the paperwork...never happened. Certified mail is returned with forwarding expired but still has Facebook page showing same address. Alarm was functional (I thought) but not monitored as promised, as I never received a call when set off. I posted to their Facebook "people check their BBB grade" which was deleted instantly. Then I was messaged Ms Simpson with an insult for my attempt at getting their attention....Bottom line is this company was very quick to take my check as they don't accept credit card but failed miserably to attend to customer is has defrauded me. Update.....new Alarm company was in the process of changing out the system once again, they discovered glass breakage sensor was never wired in the first place and it is not wireless as well as several zones were disabled.
