His work is seamless and very thorough. You can't see any repair.
In retrospect the only error was in not sealing the supposedly pre-sealed grout. We think that my shampoo stained it all. John came back a few days after he was notified and has completely regrouted and will be sealing the shower floor at no charge to us. We couldn't be more pleased.
