Crystal Clear Pools has kept impeccable care of my pool. It's sparkling clean and there is no chemical odor. They continue to be very courteous and were especially open to answering all my questions as a new pool owner. I love the fact that each week I receive an email report of their services performed. This is a company that one can trust to not only deliver what they promise, but to provide unmatched customer service!

Jeff and his team are outstanding!

Jeff provides an e mail summary after each visit explaining what was done to our pool including chemical readings. Recently Jeff assisted with a warranty issue and was great through the entire process. We also value his quick response time and has exceeded our expectations.

We selected this pool company because one of our neighbors had recently hired them. We were told by the owner that he had a very reliable worker who would provide continues quality service. After months of service they began to skip weeks of cleaning yet billed and was paid for a full month of service. For the first five months of our work with this company, things were pretty good. However since mid December, they had a staffing absence issue and our pool was not cleaned properly. We had dirt around the pool walls and floor and also began to have algae build up. Our pool is only three years old and we never experienced these issues with the company we used in the past. Over the last two months of their service. they missed five weeks of cleaning. We did expect a one week break for the holidays but four additional absences left us with an unclean pool. Unfortunately their worker became unreliable and it ultimately affected our relationship with the company so we cancelled service. The owner is a nice person but we could not afford to wait until their staffing stabilized. We not rule out the possibility of working with this company in the future but would want to be sure his staffing is secure

I also purchased a pool heat pump from Crystal Clear Pools of Estero.  The price and installation were outstanding! 

Excellent service...never missed a week during our 24 months of service received.  Also on call 24/7 and responds quickly during an emergency with the pool.  They are young and full of energy....also certified to repair all pool equipment.  They are very polite and eager to help.  We will recommend Crystal Clear Pools without hesitation.

They do a wonderful job. You receive a weekly report with your pool chemical and equipment status via email. Very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you have. I highly recommend there services.

I am very happy with the service I receive, however there have been a
couple of weeks when no one has shown up to check the pool.  I called
once and reported that no one had shown up and did not receive a call
back from the owner.   When they showed up the next week, I inquired
and was given a reason why no one showed up the week before.   I like
the price and I am willing to work with the owner so I give him the benefit
of the doubt.  At this point I don't think I would recommend this company,
but they have potential to be a great company.

On time and did a great job.

Jeff, the owner, is the ultimate professional and provides excellent service.  He, or a member of his team, provide me with weekly reports detailing the chemical levels in my pool and that it is safe to swim in.  He also lets me know if any of my equipment may need to be repaired or replaced.  I truly appreciate him looking out for my pool, as it is an expensive investment, and I want to be sure I am able to enjoy this investment on a daily basis.  I highly recommend Crystal Clear Pools of Estero to anyone needing quality pool service.

Great pool company! Always responds to pool problems quickly and on a timely manner, even outside of business hours. We constantly get compliments on how clear & blue our pool is.

Our tech - Jeffrey - does a great job cleaning our pool each week. He cleans the filter each month and our pool looks great!

Jeffery takes care of our pool every week. He is dependable, courteous and always leaves us a slip telling us what was done. If there is ever a issue, he knocks on the door to let us know what he did and if we need special attention. He is great.
