Description of Work: We had an agreement to order a certain amount of tile for our new construction house. Mr Briggs told us he could get any tile we wanted or at least come very close. What he could not supply, he would back out of the total. Within 2 days he had the initial order of main flooring ordered and shipped to our house(our credit card was billed immediately). We spent over 4 hours picking out specific tile for the remainder of the house. It took 2 weeks for Briggs to get back to us regarding if he had the tile available or not. When it arrived, not only were we short several tile, but we didn't even get what we picked out from his showroom. Several of the tiles were different sizes that came in the same lot/box. Briggs did not even want to hear what we had problems with and why and refused to believe that we didn't get the tile that we ordered. The tile we were short on took another 2 months to get more (we had to order it from him because we could not match it locally). Won't return calls.
