Some of the tile was beautiful, but a lot of it was unusable. We were overcharged for tile and didn't even get our full order. The employees at the showroom tried to help, but Briggs was rude to them and even blamed them for any problems. Briggs promised great value, but all we got was short changed. Our project has been held up and we are still without tile that he owes us. He no longer responds to our calls or emails, but was very quick to charge our credit card.
