First, let me say that Russ is very easy to do work with. We’ve done other major renovations, and Russ was by far the best to work with. He has good suggestions, works thru issues that arise, and is fairly meticulous in his work. Russ took out a jacuzzi tub, expanded the shower and master closet, and also added custom cabinets, quartz counter tops, and painted. It came out great, and we will look to use Russ again on future projects.

Renovations projects, in my condo in Florida, were completed in a timely manner, and in a neat and professional way. Since I live in New Hampshire Lallier Construction went over and above, on more than one occasion, to help with issues that were not on the remodeling agenda. Russell and his team were awesome, every step of the way. They provided expertise to help attain the outcome we were looking for and kept us apprised (we were away while the work was done) by sending photos and calling periodically throughout the project. They even came back for a couple of minor touch-ups, many months later, free of charge to ensure we were satisfied. Started less than 3 weeks after first contact. Work was completed in 5 days with the exception of the glass door which was custom made. Arrived every day at 8am and worked a full day. Tile work was exceptional. Russell and Shawn are very friendly and easy to work with.

We were very happy with the end results of our remodel of two bathrooms and new flooring in our bedrooms. Lallier is a very professional company that responded well to any requests and were very helpful in all aspects of design. The quality of work on tile, paint, trim and installation was top notch. Their work ethic was excellent, showing up on time and working till job was completed. We recommend them highly!

After receiving a few estimates we decided to go with Russell and Lallier Construction. The most expensive but certainly not the least expensive. His estimate is probably what sold us as it was very detailed with add on items as options. We did not pay a cent more than what what was on the estimate. The project took a week to complete and they were here from 8 to 4 each day. We are very please with the attention to detail how clean everything looks. I have already recommended Russell to a friend. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

This was the 2nd time hiring Lallier Construction. Bathroom turned out beautifully. All work was completed in record time. Tile, paint etc looks great and installation was quality work. Russell and Shawn are very easy to work with and keep the work area as clean as possible. They always showed up first thing in the morning and worked the full day. Would highly recommend Lallier Construction.

I hired Russell to do the remodeling of our master bathroom. I had hired Russell two years ago to paint the interior of our house and I really appreciated his professionalism, his work ethic, and the quality of the work. I had the same experience this time around with our master bathroom remodel. He and his crew did a quality job and exceeded my expectations in terms of timing of job completion. The bathroom had to be gutted and totally remodeled. He gave his opinion, when asked, as I selected the materials for installation, but was always professional in respecting my decisions. He was responsive when I had questions and we worked well together to solve minor issues that came up along the way. I really enjoyed working with him and his team and will hire them again for future work that we have planned.

Russell and Shawn were always professional and efficient. The project stayed on track and was done in record time. The bathroom was done in 8 days with the exception of the shower glass that had to be ordered. After the glass was installed, it was less than 2 weeks. The bathroom looks great and the quality of work done was great. Russell has some good ideas when it comes to remodeling and gave us options on things we could do. We are hiring him for additional work and another bathroom remodel.

Great company to work with! We hired Lallier Construction Inc for a laundry room remodel, specifically to add cabinets, utility sink, granite countertops and an electrical outlet. Russell Lallier was quick to respond to our request. He met with us, reviewed the project and our needs and quickly came up with an estimate. Throughout the project, Russell kept us informed whether it was for cabinet lead time, countertop preparation etc.. He would always let us know the name of the people coming to the house, the time of arrival and what they were expected to accomplish. We are extremely happy with the results and would definitely hire Lallier again. They have our highest recommendation!
