Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Installed a large dog door into the concrete wall of my home. The door looked really good, however, they installed it backwards and did not tarp off before drilling into the wall and blew concrete dust all over our table, chairs, electronics, walls, everywhere on our lanai. He did a very quick vacuum job, but It took several hours to clean up afterwards, (which I had to do). This is the 3d contractor I've hired that does not prep or clean up concrete dust indoors and out. Per google, concrete dust is carcinogenic. Please be aware.

"Thanks for your review heather. We did review why we installed it backwards because of rain and heavy winds which we both agreed so it could lock from the outside and so it would not take in water. I also charged very minimal charges and did vacuum and wash down the area. When I arrived you had nothing moved out of the way as well and furniture was everywhere. We do a very thorough job cleaning out sites up and if you wanted to have a cleaning company come after us you should have expressed that"

Bret Kilcollins of Kilcollins Construction is talented, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. This is the first time I have used Angi. I was unaware of the process and was very surprised when Bret called me as I was still talking to the lady at Angi. It is was a pleasure to work with him and his assistant. We have had many projects done in 3 different homes over the years and Bret is at the top of the list. Anyone who wants quality work at a fair price will not be disappointed with Kilcollins Construction. He is now our "go to" company. His talent goes beyond handyman services and includes expertise in larger projects. I highly recommend him. On a rating of 1-5 with 5 being the highest rating I give him a 5++.

Bret arrived at the time we agreed upon. He looked at what we needed done and went to work immediately. The work was done very professionally. He was neat and explained what he did. He had to go on the roof and was very careful and safe.
I would recommend him highly and will absolutely call him again. His price was very fair.

Brett can do it all. He moved and installed kitchen cabinets. Converted a pantry with shelves into a beautiful dry bar and also added cabinets to a walk in pantry. He did everything from demo to framing to cabinets to trim. One stop shopping and very talented. Now that this project is wrapping up we have other jobs with him to do and he is also working for our neighbor. He is five stars all day!!!

Great service! Very well spoken men on what will need to be done and they matched it to exactly how I wanted my shower to the point!!! They also were under the estimate and thatà  à ¢à  à  à  à  s for sure a win. they did a very very good job and cleaned up nicely as I didnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t have to clean up after them. So I saved money and also bert himself happen to finish the job a little early then the time frame so I was concerned and inspected it and I was 100% satisfied! Keep it local!!!
