Iron City Installations

If you need tile work done please, please look elsewhere. We are in our 4th month of these $&$@!@!&!&$ trying to lay tile. They do not know how to cut and apply glass tile. They know how to install broken glass and tiles. They are really good at that. The builder agrees that this is terrible work. I just don't understand why they haven't been fired yet. I suggested that they go to YouTube and follow the directions. It would really help for them to use a wet saw but more importantly pay a decent wage to get good help. I have photos To support my claims and will be glad to open my doors to anyone who is thinking of hiring this company.

Contract stated they were to install Pergo Outlast, including Thresholds, 1/4 round, Backer Rod and Silicone (material supplied by us.) All went good until I left for a few minutes to return and caught installer, installing Thresholds without sealing floor with Silicone. He said it was the only one. Well he lied, because we had a leak in our Laundry room and water went to door and under Threshold and under Laminate Floor. Laminate Floor will need replaced at a cost of $6,500-$8,000. When I called Nevin Myer at Iron City Installation he said call your Insurance Company and hung up. Had they sealed the floor as required by manufacture and silicone Thresholds we would of only had water to clean up. We should of realized that they did not seal everything when we had to return left over Backer Rod and Silicone. Do not use this company as they are not trustworthy.
