I found Ron to be personable, thorough and efficient. He was prompt and his prices were very competitive. He provided a detailed report in a very quick manner as well. The realtor even remarked about how thorough Ron was - saying that she hadn't seen before an inspector check the things that he did. I wasn't able to be there for the inspection, but I received a full detailed inspection report the following day. He found issues you really wouldn't spot right away. It is great to know of these big or little things that would have to be addressed before the purchase or things that would have to be addressed within a couple of years.
