Mr. LoCascio promptly called me after receiving Angi's referral and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. He notified me to let me know his would be a few minutes late. Once on site, he explained the procedure of collections and next steps. The data was submitted and the analytical report was received and in my hands in less than 48 hours. While there was not a significant issue, I did reach out for some clarification and Mr. LoCascio is providing that. Mr. LoCascio was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. We had a water heater leak that flooded our mother's condo (it was an estate), and after cleanup, we needed a reality check on the mold levels so that we could put the condo up for sale. Ron from Hurricane Disaster Masters came to our rescue with a top-notch investigation of the premises, including extensive lab results. I hired Ron for a home inspection in October 2020. During the inspection, he found some electrical, safety issues in the home. And the seller agreed to fix them. Ron took time and care in his inspection of the home and because he did I felt confident knowing that he had my best interest and no one else who might have been present at the time of the inspection. I received the inspection report promptly the next day with photos and detailed information about the areas of concerns uncovered in the inspection (1 photo from laundry room area was not included).
