Took a little time to get someone who knew how to do it, but once he was located, it took less than 10 minutes.  He was professional and courteous.  We have had many good experiences with this Best Buy and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Best Buy sold me components that were not able to function and then tried to install them five times.  In the course of all this I spent time waiting, was lied to, and went without television service several times.  I would not be willing to buy anything from Best Buy again.  I have asked them to remove the equipment and hope that will be the last encounter I have with this business.
