Repairs was great. The service manager was not very polite. They couldn't take of me until five days later. Car was ready on time.

They are usually good on responsiveness. They always provide a good service and a fair price. They are good for us.

I arrived a little early for my appointment.  They got going on it shortly after I arrived, and had me ready to go in less than an hour.  Jose is very knowledgeable and efficient.  This is my second time there and the first visit went just as well as this one.  I am looking for a second car, and will shop there just based on the quality of their service department.  They also have a nice, comfortable, modern customer waiting area.

If you like junk mail and spam emails, this is the dealer for you!
I went to Estero Bay Chevrolet for an oil change on a friend's Camaro.  Then the junk mail started.  Then the emails.  Then the phone calls.  I tried to make them stop.  I called the dealership.  I emailed the dealership.  "Please make it stop!", I said.  They tried.  They could not stop the spam.  2 years later and I still receive bogus offers and silly letters that say things like "Your name came up in our morning meeting!"  Oh my, what a band of fools.
I recently purchased a 2015 Corvette from a different local dealer, despite the fact Estero Bay Chevrolet is my nearest dealer.  They will never, ever get my service business.

Gail and team were great in working a deal for a used S430 that had been on their lot for some time. The car had a few issues considering it was 12 years old. They did a wheel alignment and swapped out the new tires off my trade in onto the S430. I was pleased with how friendly and easy to deal with everyone was. While Mercedes used cars are not their main line of business the service they provided on this deal for a used somewhat low priced automobile was exceptional. This is a car dealer that knows what customer service is all about.

As a new resident of Southwest Florida, I'd never had an auto serviced in the area before. I e-mailed Estero Bay Chevrolet late in the day after my and quot;change oiland quot; light came on, and had an appointment for service the very next morning. Check-in was courteous and efficient. I was told the work would take about an hour. The waiting room was pleasant, the work was done in an hour, the cost was reasonable, and check-out was both quick and friendly.

We went through the entire finance and maintenance program paperwork and they were all real nice through all that. When it came time to give me the keys he gave me one key. The key is an expensive item since it has a computer chip in it; I think it costs about $160 but I had financed a $28,000 car with them and I thought they should have provided more than one key. I asked the finance guy about it and never got a call back. I am going back in there to complain again next week.
