Installers hung the blinds. But, they did not install the Hold Down Brackets per the contract. They forgot them or there were none available that day. I have talked to Tony Higgs three times on the phone and once in person. I also talked to a female at the store on the phone. They promised to come back and install the brackets we paid for. They promised. They promised. They promised. ONE YEAR LATER, they still haven't completed the job. Next stop: Small Claims Court

It went extremely well.  Both visits were punctual, and professional. If you need shutters or blinds, you need to contact these people.  You will nit be disappointed.

Both Tracey and John were professional and considerate. John made helpful suggestions as to type of treatments. He came out, took measurements, ordered them, and about two and a half weeks later, came back with them and installed them. They look great--I couldn't be happier with them. These are wonderful people to deal with.

We had called other stores for blinds, but no one would come out to see the house and give us a bid after hours or on weekends. But Budget Blinds came out on a Saturday. They sent out stylist Sandy Gomez, who was completely awesome. She took a lot of time with us, explaining the different options. She talked to us and gave us some ideas of what we wanted to get for our home. She was really on top of things throughout the entire process.We're going to have her back to do the window treatments, the drapery and everything. Their installation guy was excellent too.  Their price was excellent too.
