About us
In your absence we watch your unoccupied home on a weekly schedule for a season, annually, or temporary while on vacation. We look for possible deficiencies within the home. i.e. Plumbing supply corroding, HVAC humidity levels with in the home, as well as in the Attic checking condensate pans before they overflow onto a ceiling. Electrical points of overloaded receptacles, tripped breakers that would shut down important operational equipment if left unattended. We do this in an effort to head off a possible large disaster.
