The plumber, Ken, was great. The dishwasher was particularly difficult to install and he did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend A Plumbing Pro.

l contacted the company before purchasing the special on Angie's List to make sure that they will be able to install the drinking water faucet that we have purchased. They were very patient and answer all our questions. Then I purchased the special and they contacted me for an appointment. Tim arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He immediately started to install the faucet. Once he was finished with the faucet he fixed the installation of our bathrooms sinks that the previous plumber did wrong. Everything went smoothly and so far everything is working great. We have added him to our list of service providers.

Ken was on time, professional and very efficient. He was also friendly and polite. He took care of the problem. Would not hesitate to call again if the need arises.

I called a couple of plumbers and Tim from A. Plumbing Pro was quick in his response. And showed up when he told me.

They were here by 9 am and had to drain tank because I could not turn shut-off valve to stop water so I could drain tank before they got here. Cleaned up water that had leaked so they could get around utility room easier. Had to move quite a few items to outside to do this. After instillation of water heater and replacing valves, they removed the old heater and cleaned up all debris, taking it with them or disposing in my garbage can. Came inside and made sure all was well with the water flow and that the heater was working properly before leaving. They did all this in 2 and one-half hours and left it cleaner than it was when they got here!

Purchased the deal for $134.99 Plumbing Service Call Plus One Hour Labor. Ken made contact with me the next day to discuss my job and schedule an appointment. The guy could not have been more nice or professional. I told him what I needed done, we discussed the state of the kitchen, and he scheduled me for an appointment the next day even though I told him we had some wiggle room. The next day it down poured and Ken called to say that he had an emergency call but was still going to try and get to me. It kept me posted throughout the day but wasn't able to make it out. I told him it wasn't a problem and we re-scheduled for the next business day. He was overly polite and apologetic. I actually felt bad for the guy! When he showed up to do the job, my wife said he was just as professional as he was on the phone. he made all the cuts needed in the new cabinetry, used new flexible hose for the connections, and put everything in place. He waited to do the final connections until our new counter tops were installed. My wife said he explained everything perfectly and told her that since the connections took less than an hour, he would complete the job under the same Angie's List deal we had purchased. I will definitely use this company again (and request Ken!) for any future plumbing needs.

He arrived on time , evaluated the job, began and was finished in less than 1hour. The new toilet is a push button dual flush. Couldn't have asked for better. Very professional. Took away all the debris made sure floor was clean when he finished Will use them again

Work was completed on time and they removed the disposal to the trash. A small leak discovered the next day brought them back promptly to fix it at no cost.

This experience couldn't have been better. Read the reviews, decided on this company. Easy contact made at Angie's list. There was a special deal, took it. Price, date and time set. The plumber Ken was wonderful, on time, polite, etc etc. This will be our plumbing company in the future. Angie's list is the best!

Amazing response! My husband was in the middle of this job and realized we needed professional help. (Age sure does change things.) I got on Angie's list and liked what the reviews said about this plumbing service so my husband called them. Within minutes a call back! Ken said he could be here in an hour to an hour and a half. Perfect! Wonderful guy, fixed everything beautifully, took him 1 1/2 hours. We are so thankful for the prompt service and really enjoyed meeting him. I would definitely recommend, and use again.

arrived on time. dug trench for new faucet and installed line and then the faucet. Next was to drill through block wall attached line to valve and all was complete. Had minor leak at the main line connection. Contacted Tim and he said he would return within half hour. Sure enough he returned and corrected the problem. Good to go. Great guys to do work and the clean up. Price wise like the rest, it is what it is. I would, can and will recommend this company

The scheduling was easy. Tim, the owner, arrived on time and the work was done carefully and timely. He needed an additional part but returned quickly with it and all went well.

Yesterday I was looking on Angie's list for a plumber as my hot water heater was leaking. When I read the great reviews this company had received, I inquired further. The Angie's list offer was for $489.00. However, when I asked about the price, Ken told me that they were not able to abide by that as the cost of the heaters had increased . Having been in business myself, I certainly could understand that. When ken arrived, he was punctual (even a bit on the early side). He was pleasant and did a nice job on removing the old water heater and installing a new one. Ken even went a step further and was able to elevate the heater so it didn't sit on the ground and leveled it at the same time. In addition, he put insulation on the hot water pipe which wasn't there before. I will use this company for future plumbing needs.

We had visitors from out of town who enjoyed going to yoga while here in Naples. On returning to our house, they each took a long, hot shower. The first day, I noticed a small wet spot on the carpet and on the second day it was much larger. I called a plumber from Angie's list who came and after a thorough inspection said he had no idea what the problem was and suggested I call someone else. I then called A. Plumbing Pro and Ken came the next day. He was also somewhat baffled but thought that it might be due to a small crack in the grout. He repaired the crack but deferred any charge and told me to use the shower that night and let him know the next morning if that fixed the problem. If didn't, so he came back and decided to cut through the wallboard in a closet in the adjoining bedroom even though it showed no evidence of water damage. The first cut revealed extensive mold, Two additional cuts revealed the leak and the path of the runoff onto the bathroom carpet through a small gap in the liner at the corner of the shower pan. He repaired the leak and I then hired a handyman to reinstall the wallboard. Ken called the following day to confirm that he had found and fixed the problem. Not only was his charge reasonable given two visits, but the tool he used to cut the wallboard made it possible to easily reinstall the cutouts.

I needed a plumber right away for both jobs and so I looked on Angie's List and found A.Plumbing Pro, Inc. I called and got an immediate appointment. He was on time (a little early), very personable and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the parts in his truck to fix the problems. It was fixed in no time. His price was very reasonable and would definitely use him again.

My husband tried to remove a hose from the hose bib with a wrench, and tore the entire bib off of the side of the house. When I went to turn the main water valve off, it was so corroded that it would not completely shut off. It was late afternoon on a Saturday, and we called 5 plumbers from Angie's list immediately. Tim called us back within minutes, and arrived at our house within the hour. He went right to work and replaced the outdoor hose bib and water main shutoff valve. He did not dawdle and was extremely professional. The outcome was nothing less than perfection! I will not be calling multiple plumbers in the future, because I now have Tim @ A. Plumbing Pro as my go-to-guy...and will be calling him soon to have our water heater replaced!
