Tuff Mudder Pool

It took almost 5 months to have the job finished. They do not respond to calls, do not answer calls, and many days the office is not open. We were never contacted about the status of the materials. We have pavers that are still moving and they said someone would look at it. 2 months ago it was finished. They left blue stains on the sidewalk and we had to contact them to come get there left over material that was sitting in our driveway. We had no doors on our lanai for days which let's bugs, snakes or other wildlife in. We have Bobcats in our yard on a few occasions. It was very stressful working with them. They are not professional.

I stopped in to the to Tuff Mudders office unannounced. Leah, owner/office manager, couldn’t have been nicer and quickly assured me that my job was not too small for them and set up a time for Joel (owner) to come out and give us an estimate. A section of the coping had cracked and was ready to fall into the pool. The entire time frame from initial appointment to completion was less than a week. Since we were not on sight, Joel exchanged texts and emails during and after completion of the project. We are extremely happy with our experience and will use them in the near future to complete our entire pool resurface.
